Aquaglow Waterbeds

Lovely friendly, professional advice. I have used Aquaglow over many years for all my waterbed accessories. I ordered a replacement ceramic heater for our queensize waterbed at lunchtime on Tuesday and it arrived by 2pm on the Wednesday. Super fast delivery. Much appreciated.

True test comes when things go wrong otherwise everyone wants to make a sale and pocket your money!
Bought a waterbed from this chap, it started to leak, when I contacted them the owner was extremely unreasonable and tried to put all possible hurdles to agree a replacement. When I used the Consumer Law to twist his arm, he reluctantly agreed but expected me to empty the bed and send his back by post at my expense and then he will send replacement. We all know waterbeds are not easy to fill or empty, you need special pump, or sit there for hours doing this job, and its not easy to empty, pack and ship a heavy waterbed mattress.

I will never recommend anyone to buy from him again. And being a waterbed user since 30 years I will never consider him for my next replacement.

I have used Aquaglow for many years and have always had superb service and advice from them, they're really friendly and always available to answer any questions. A lovely company to deal with.

Aquaglow supplied me with a new waterbed mattress over the phone. They had excellent product knowledge and were very friendly and polite. Their prices were the best I could find.

Just wish could give more than 5 stars ordered new water bed after having currant bed for about 30 years and ordered 4 poster wooden bed but due to unforeseen circumstances we where about 4 months behind with finishing our bedroom called to explain and was more than understanding finally finished and bed was delivered and assembled my wife and I have finally had a very good night's sleep. Thank you very
