Beez Cakes

Our experience with Beez Cakes was fantastic from start to finish. Bianca and her team were prompt, professional and very friendly in their correspondence with us, and her talent as a cake-maker was clear with the quality of the cake that she produced. The tasting was a really useful exercise, and Bianca asked a lot of questions that we hadn't even considered, and helped to guide us on flavours, colours, structures, decorations and had an answer for everything. On the day the cake was delivered on time, set up and presented brilliantly and survived even in the heat of London's hottest day in 2019. We loved it, our guests loved it, and I would highly, highly recommend Beez Cakes to anyone for their wedding.

We received a surprise anniversary cake from Beez Cakes that was tasty beyond compare with service that went the extra mile to deliver the cake on late Saturday afternoon. Bianca created the tastiest and most beautiful 3 tier wedding cake for my wedding. We went for 3 tiers consisting of vanilla classic with raspberry jam and vanilla bean, red velvet with chocolate, and strawberry with cream cheese, all covered with Bianca’s Massa Ticino sugar paste. To satisfy our vegan guests we ordered 6 vanilla cupcakes and 6 lemon cupcakes.

We received SO many compliments on both the appearance of the cake as well as the unique tastes Bianca created. It disappeared so fast, we were lucky we’d held some behind. We had also struggled to find someone who does decent vegan cupcakes until we tasted Bianca’s. Bianca does these so well you would never know the difference! Every single one of our vegan guests asked for Bianca’s details.

Bianca’s exceptional baking skills aside, she was a pleasure to work with right from the start. I spoke to a lot of cake makers and before we even met Bianca she stood out as someone who was flexible to our needs, creative and takes great pride in her work.

Bianca is organised and has a very consultative and professional approach, she made the effort to meet us well before the big day to design the cake and finalise all of the details - this was more important than I realised on the lead up to the day when other tasks were mounting up! She was also very happy to speak directly with the people that were doing the flowers in order to get colours and design to match as well as possible.

I can’t recommend Bianca highly enough for her cake baking and decorating talents and client service levels.

On the day the cake looked incredible, it was beautifully moist & had delicious flavours of chocolate and vanilla. We had lots of compliments about it afterwards.
