Adele Louise Bridal

Came here with a friend just to get some ideas for her wedding dress. Left the shop with THE dress and an appointment for bridesmaids dresses as well. Dani and Adele were really welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in to the shop and all the way through. We were all slightly nervous to start with as we're not necessarily the typical "girly-girls" who wear dresses, but all three of us left with perfect dresses that look great!

Adele has been fantastic about the dress and really helped my friend (the bride) out with spreading the cost to make sure she gets her dream dress.

Had lots of fun trying on our bridesmaid dresses with Dani and can't wait to go back and start fittings ready for the big day!

Will definitely recommend to all our bride-to-be friends.

I haven't actually been to the shop yet so you may think how can I do a review, but I went to their stand at the NEC national wedding show and tried my very 1st wedding dress on with them. I do not know the girls names but they were so friendly and welcoming they were by far the best at the wedding show for helping me with the dress and getting it on correctly I am not a small size but the did make me look fantastic. I had been putting of trying a wedding dress due to lack of confidence but they definitely boosted that I will be having my appointment at the shop in next couple of weeks.

I bought my wedding dress from Adele Louise Bridal this year - and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I visited so many shops in the West Midlands and in London - and Adele Louise Bridal was by far the best. They made my Mum and I feel so welcome from the very first appointment - and actually listened to what I wanted in a dress. Thanks to all of the team for such a straightforward and enjoyable experience.

I purchased my wedding dress last year and got married this year and from start to finish my experience with Adele Louise Bridal was faultless. They were in constant communication with me and nothing was ever too much for them. They made me feel at ease throughout the process... Absolutely superb experience and service at this boutique. I can't compliment it enough. My whole dress journey was wonderful and I have Adele Louise Bridal to thank for this. Emma was out of this world. A truly wonderful person and a true professional. The tailororess Lisa was amazing too. My whole experience was perfect. They really are out of this world. The personal touch was there from the very beginning to the day of the wedding. Thank you so much for everything. My wedding dress was everything I wanted. The compliments are still coming in a month later.

Well, what can I say....
Previously bought my wedding dress from another boutique, and over the last year completely fell out of love with it (mad I know), So needed another ASAP! As I only had 3 months left at the time.
Popped in to Adele Louise just on the off chance, explained my situation to the girls, they made me feel so very welcome. Tried on dresses, and something I wouldn’t normally go for...found my dream wedding dress!!!! 😁😁😁
From that moment, Dani & the girls have been extremely helpful & funny, they make you feel like a friend. Lisa the alterations lady is fabulous & you can have a proper chin wag & a laugh with her.
She did an amazing job on my dress. I had some spaghetti straps added & she & her team made them
Match my dress with the little sparkly gems.
Had so many compliments on our big day. I honestly felt so elegant. (Got married 22nd June)
If you are are a bride to be, I highly recommend Adele Louise.

Outstanding customer service...the best there is. From the moment I walked into the shop the staff made me feel special and put a 'nervous' bride to be at ease. I could not have dreamt of a better service. Nothing was too much for any of the staff/team and I will always be thankful for making the experience of buying a wedding dress special.
