From the minute we decided to book the venue we were treated like VIP clients. Steven and his team helped us to create a day that was personal and right just for us, always responding quickly to requests and answering our questions at every step. We felt looked after throughout the whole process: the venue genuinely care about their clients.
As for the day itself, wow! Our guests were blown away by the location. We opted for the street food menu and every dish was well cooked and a hit with our guests. The whole team made us, and our guests, feel looked after. One guest said "I feel truly spoilt".
We cannot thank Steven and his team enough for making this the most memorable day of our lives.
From our first correspondence Steven made us feel completely at ease. No question was too small and always a speedy response. He really did make us feel special in the planning process and even more so on the day itself. An absolute pleasure to work with.
The venue itself is stunning and everywhere you look it’s beautiful. The gardens surrounding the venue are picturesque too. We can’t wait to see our professional photos.
The venue staff work seamlessly. The whole team are an absolute asset. Nothing is too much trouble. We received a number of comments from our guests about how great the staff are. When one of my relatives had an accident in park the team jumped into action and even gave them a lift to the hospital.
We went for the sociable dining experience for our day time food option and it was great. A number our guests said that it was best food that they’ve ever had a wedding.
Our wedding was an absolutely amazing day and we honestly couldn’t recommend The Riverside Glasshouse enough.
Steve and all his team were phenomenal and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout the whole process leading up to and on our wedding day.
Everything was perfect and made so by the highly professional and skilled team on hand - and all our guests have echoed this sentiment to us. Many have said it was the best experience they have had at a wedding; in terms of food, service, and care shown by the team.
We thank our lucky stars for finding Just Inspire and booking our special day with this awesome team. We had 5 wedding dates in total due to covid and didn’t worry once as we knew Just Inspire had our best interests at heart and really set the standard high within the wedding industry.
Our day was incredible, every single staff member made our guests feel like superstars , the children loved the staff too as they went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time - George even helped the kids find their toys in the park grounds that surrounded the venue!
Honestly everyone keeps saying how amazing the venue and staff were and we are like yes that’s exactly why we booked our day with Just Inspire!
The bar staff were so kind and lovely even under pressure, there was so much gorgeous food, we were asked throughout the day whether we want to do things soon like sparklers, cake etc honest it was perfect due to the amazing staff.
Then at the end of the night everyone was helping me take flowers and stuff down as the rest of my family were a bit too drunk to help
We honestly felt so valued and special, thanks to everyone at Just Inspire. If we could do it all again we would 100% want to rebook with Just Inspire at The Riverside Glasshouse and would encourage everyone to book their weddings and special occasions here too!

food Fantastic⭐
we had a great time⭐
there are some problems with the service.
At present restaurants have problems with recruitment I understand. But these are more underlying problems. ,For 2 people 8 glasses on the table, water dumped on table and not poured, I was not offered any accompanying sauce like horse radish with my beef Sunday lunch I had to stand and wave to the seven staff standing around the bar including the person who I assume is the restaurant manager. Now I get to the table moving, God they moved the whole restaurant around me tables and chairs moving like some kind of musical chairs children's game
Later I discover this is because some of the staff were coming to eat. We requested a window seat when we made the booking. I'm happy that it's just a request and not everyone can sit by the window but we looked at the empty table by the river for our whole lunch only to see that as we were leaving it was used for the off duty staff from the restaurant arriving as we were paying. Perhaps they could mention that it's not normal to lift a person's cloth napkin out of the way to put a stater down but to Perhaps fold it into the guests lap? The restaurant manager should have prevented this at the start?
