Portland Functions

We got married at Portland and cannot speak highly enough of our experience with them. Our first meeting was with the Hospitality manager Rachael and we explained what we were looking for. Rachael broke everything down for us, gave us a tour of the venue and we left with a feeling this could be the place for our reception. The added value is the accommodation for guests who travel, Portland ticks every box for your needs. The day itself was something we'll never forget, we had a brilliant day. First class organisation from Rachael and David, the room was beautiful, really helpful staff and the food was superb. We were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing everything was taken care of, highly recommended.

This was a fantastic venue for a wedding and I really cannot fault the whole experience.

The room was decorated beautifully, the staff were friendly and attentive. Even the weather was stunning.

Food excellent, hospitality matched. All had a good time and it was great to see the money going back in to the system, too.

Nice friendly staff. lovely wedding venue. Nice food and good choice of drinks. Only problem is its a bit out the way so you really need to drive to get there and home it's not really on a main bus route. Still a really nice place and still.worth a 5 star rating

There was plenty of food

I have been going here for a few year's now, it's great for a venue lovely Christmas vibes. The sit down Meal for the Charity's Ball, was alright too. Friendly staff
