I attended the 8 week course and use the monthly drop ins when I'm free. The course was exactly what I needed to regain focus and be more present at home and work. The drop ins keep me "ticking over" and I also attended a silent retreat. Which was little daunting but brilliant when you've done it. Lucy is so engaging and easy to talk to snd goes out of her way to make sure your experience is a good one.

Silent retreat Saturday 19th October 2019
This was my very first silent retreat so I didn’t know what to expect. It was an absolutely brilliant day which I thoroughly enjoyed. It gave me the chance to focus on my own well being, deepen my practice and revisit the principle of mindfulness which I learnt on the course. Lucy led us gently through a full day of different meditations which I can apply to my own daily practice.
Mindfulness has made such a difference to my well being and helped me to move on positively from a challenging time in my life. I would strongly recommend this retreat to anyone at whatever stage you are on your mindfulness journey.
Many thanks Lucy. I really am looking forward to attending more workshops in the future.

Lucy is such an engaging and inspiring teacher! The sessions proved to be enormously helpful and have given me an awareness that I didn’t have before as well as giving me the tools which help me on a daily basis. Highly recommended, you won’t regret attending one of her courses.

I've just completed Lucy Woods - Mindfulness 8 week Mindfulness so wanted to share my experience.

Lucy is a walking talking advert for mindfulness - her calm composure is something I can only aspire to! I was blown away by the depth of her passion and knowledge for her subject. As we started 2021 in lockdown I knew the time was right to join her 8-week mindfulness course and I'm so glad I did. The content of the course is extensive, though provoking and delivered with Lucy's trademark composure, seemingly effortlessly guiding the 10 or so participants on our journey. The supporting content and guidance recieved from Lucy alongside the weekly 2.5hr sessions means that the course offers great value.

Did it matter that due to Covid restrictions it was all delivered on Zoom? Not at all (in fact for a winter hermit like me it was rather nice to not have to leave my house and to be able to snuggle under my blanket on my sofa). My mindfulness journey is just beginning but Lucy has equipped me with all the tools. If anyone has been considering this course with Lucy I would definitely recommend it!
