I have been doing fitness training with Doug ever since he returned from America almost a decade ago. Doug has been able to blend his knowledge and experience of an international coaching set up with the realities of modern day living to provide a health and well-being structure that is not only realistic, but also highly effective. He takes a very individual approach and tailors his advice and training specifically to your own needs and goals. I could not recommend him more highly for those looking to either re-boot or enhance their fitness.

My Health Coaching sessions with Doug Rowe were excellent. His coaching is inspiring, interesting and positive. The adjustments he recommends are realistic and achievable. He brings you back on track, helps you to refocus with small but fundamental changes. I feel refreshed, much more aware of my lifestyle and the importance healthy changes make to my body but also my mind. I would highly recommend Doug.

My sessions with Doug were fantastic and enlightening. It is so easy to get caught up in life and de-prioritise yourself and your needs. Doug's nature is such that you able to be open and disclose your truth without being prodded. It is an inquiring approach and through our sessions I have been held accountable to my action plan and I have accomplished goals that would otherwise still be outstanding. Like many people swept away by a busy lifestyle, I had a habit of prioritising myself last. But this time I really wanted to get healthier and stronger no more excuses! I needed someone to make sure my commitments to myself stuck. I joined Doug’s bootcamps years ago, which he ran in small groups in the park every week. A non-intimidating way to meet like-minded people and get fit. He tracked our performance and knew when and how to push us. When I was locked out of going to my Barry's Bootcamp as well as my Pilates sessions as a result of the lockdown at start of year, I started my virtual PT sessions with Doug. And I haven't looked back since!

Doug has been an incredible trainer and motivator. His perfectionism around the execution of each exercise is impressive and his understanding of the human body means he can guide you to push yourself further to the best of your personal abilities. The targeted approach has lead to a dramatic impact on my progress. Doug is also very personable, so whilst the sessions are sweat inducing and challenging, they are always enjoyable and full of laughs.
