WOW. What an experience. Mom & Dad have got to that age where their car is just taking up space on the drive way. And they really miss being able to get up and go.
We'd heard good things about Seacroft and made some enquiries. Well today I rang Mom and she was quite sad that they'd had a few days of sunshine and she couldn't get out to enjoy it. I jumped on the phone to Seacroft and Joanne answered. I explained that I live in Florida now and could you possibly help me get them mobile again. Joanne was absolutely amazing. Nothing was a problem and we can get this all done. Joanne is going round to my parents home, assess exactly what they're needs are and ultimately make them happy. Gosh is this how the Royals feel? I'm sitting here writing this review and I'm in awe. I've never experienced anything like this kind of service. Are there awards for shops and people like Joanne because this exemplary service should be recognized and rewarded. When does this happen?

Went into the Arnold branch to enquire about a repair to the brakes of a wheelchair. Absolutely outstanding service. The staff are brilliant and the chair was quickly repaired at a more than reasonable price. Would recommend this shop 110% Thankyou all at Seacroft, Arnold.

Absolutely fantastic service at the Skegness shop, sorted with a chair that really met the needs of our lad who had injured himself on holiday, when we then also had a family emergency which meant we had to leave early the company arranged the return of the chair so we could get back home that night rather than the following morning. Then got a phone call the following day from the lovely couple at the Skegness shop to arrange the return of the deposit and to check how our lad was. Would definitely use the company again 100%

While having a short break last week i passed here and enquired about a scooter .. asked about one for a large person, a lady gave me a card and said to ring up, left messages and rang up BUT NOTHING !!! The person who required this couldn’t walk up and couldn’t drive up as we were in a camper van that had been hooked up with an awning !! Very disappointing service … to busy just sat on them outside chatting !!! ANSWER YOUR PHONE !!!!

Wouldn’t recommend !!!!
