Amazing customer service. Wanted Ivory Chapel Candles in a hurry. Called at 4pm to enquire if they had any stock, arrived the following morning at 0930 via courier, all the way to London, in the middle of the covid-19 lockdown.

What is even more surprising than the great service is the fact they were cheaper than any sellers on Ebay or Amazon.

I am extremely grateful and will obviously recommend Britannia Direct to anyone with 100% confidence.

Sam the manager is friendly and always on hand to answer any queries I have, Kerry helps me almost every visit and shows me new products which saves me time looking! Lovely team and always a pleasure to go there.
