I would like to say a huge thank you to Southeast Flowers for their fantastic service impartiality Lisa. After receiving our flowers today there was something missing on the order however after flagging this to Lisa she was straight in her car and drove from Ashford to our shop in Sevenoaks all to deliver 20 stems of freesia. I was so greatful and overwhelmed by her over and beyond attitude towards customer service...congratulations to Chris and Nick you've got yourself a cracking member of your team. Contacted through Facebook to enquire if they stocked a particular flower. Very unhelpful and assumed I was just a member of the public and didn't have a trade. Worst customer service ever and rudeness I've encountered in 6 years of having my business.

Can't express enough how helpful this business is. I have had moments just recently where I have been in a bit of a pickle flowers wise due to either bad flowers or a bad to non existent service from another wholesaler and every time we have been able to call upon them to help and they have been amazing. Great, friendly service, stunning and amazing quality flowers. I'll be moving my accounts to them asap!!
