Ordered items Sunday night - David from customer services rang me Monday morning to inform me that a couple of items were out of stock - he was very polite and was running all over the depot to check if replacement items were in stock. The goods arrived Tuesday - very impressed with the service, postage and delivery time. Would highly recommend and will definitely use this website again.

The new website is a massive improvement and a massive help to us florists being able to order online till midnight its great I love it. Never a problem when I speak to them over the phone with queries they are always happy to help. Shopped with smiths for a long time and will continue to do so after all I am their singing florist ! Thanks guys keep up the good work.

I have been trading with this company for many years and they always provide a very efficient service. The staff are great to deal with and are always helpful and cheerful, nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

The quality of the produce is never an issue and prices are always very competitive, they come with a very high recommendation from me.

Peter H Smith was previously very good and staff always used to be polite. Recently, whenever I call, I am always spoken to really rudely. I also previously tried calling all day to make a payment and recieved a call back at 11pm - this is extremely late and its not an appropriate time to be calling for payment.
