Never been there, but still having an opinion. Looking for reptile supplies I've been received well on the phone to bring some stuff into Switzerland. Tony, I'm excited about our collaboration and give you a ex ante 5 stars.

Excellent customer service whenever I'm on the pbone or have a problem always resolved quickly. Cant fault my rep owen always at the end of the phone if needed. The company as a whole cant seem to do enough for us. Thank you guys :)

The containers there insects are held in are too small, most of the bigger insects can't move, why do we think this is ok?
