This park is great, I like that there is a combination of business there.
From the larger companies, to the small business person can own and have a fighting chance.
I started working there years ago in fact 24 years ago for a dairy company.
It hots the best gym in the Valleys (Powerhouse), Screwfix, the What shop, also has a good soft play there too for families, a great motorbike shop, and of course Pats cafe which does great breakfasts.
All in its a decent park that is responsible for keeping economy ticking over!

Visited the What! shop today and it was nice to see shelves well stocked again. Got what I needed except for one item. Plenty of carparking spaces. Protective screens for the cashiers are a joke - cling film is used to protect them not proper perspex screens.

I usually visit the Royal Mail collections building, the Bush health care shop and the What discount shop. There are plenty of other businesses there though. I have no complaints except when leaving the industrial estate, they should have traffic lights at the junction, rather than a "give way" system. Queues often build up at busy times.

This industrial estate has a bit of everything from cafes ,shops. Tiles, carpets, vet's, plumbing, srewfix, tool station, plastic products, and clock repair. And car valeting and a children's indoor play area, and a second hand shop called togood to waste

Some good services and providers. Used a few of them over the years. Easy Panels is probably the biggest company there at the moment.
