Our business has used this wholesaler for many years. Very good service. Great range and prices. Most items are in stock. Very good offers available too. Very friendly staff. And if you are feeling hungry, then you can eat here too! Superb hot food available. Got it all!
***EDIT*** Unfortunately, just weeks after writing this review, I'm afraid the lovely Alison who provided the wonderful food here has been unceremoniously booted out. So if you're feeling peckish, then you have a Macdonald's and KFC just over the road. Not the same though.

Amazing place nice staff

Biggest booker in cardiff. Very well stocked and has a bigger range then Hadfield road branch. Staff are helpful and go out of their way to help you find products.

They are more a retail customer branch compared to Hadfield road branch who cater more for general public.

Definitely worth visiting if they let you shop there.

The staff here are very friendly,helpful and always willing to help, nothing is to much trouble. They have adapted to the new way of social distancing and you feel very safe and secure in here.

The branch manager asked me to come with few documents to apply for one of the application we wanted to apply. I asked the staff about the the manager to help me with the application . The staff said he is off for a week and we have come back when he is back. Totally wasted our time . I asked if there is someone else who can help on his behalf. They said sorry they can not. Very disappointed in the customer service .

Some things are expensive but staff are helpful
