Oh dear, a little trashy. Just had the misfortune of encountering this place. We ordered charcuterie and two rounds of wine while deciding on buying a property in the area over two hours on the shack-like terrace. Prices okish if the place is decent (£9 for taster/flight glass) alas it is NOT a classy place as I soon found out... Went to use bathroom, left and said "thank-you so much, bye!" to the oldish blonde lady at the counter, who as soon as my back was turned, loudly sighed to her customer she was chatting to "she's only been here three minutes". I went back and double checked with her that BOTH rounds of bills had been paid, not just our first, yes? We had paid, yes. Embarassing for all parties all round, including those in the shop who witnessed her rudeness. Don't visit.

Everyone thinks this place is a wine shop. It is but it has really good beer from local London breweries and staff that can help you find one to suit your taste. I don't even bother going to the local pubs that much anymore because the beer here is just as good or better. Whenever I've needed any wine, they've been even better and the food they sell is great.

Brilliant little wine bar and deli, I have been a few times now and it never disappoints. The terrace out the front is really lovely, great vibes and lovely staff. We had a bottle of the orange wine and lots of the small plates and they were really great.

Thank you to Anna who looked after us, looking forward to coming back!

Wow…

What a venue, the vibe, the people & the wine!

Have lived in Newington Green for 7+ years whereby Yield was just setting up.

There is no question that this establishment is one the best wine bars in London.

Recently my wife and I got married in Islington and we could not go without bringing our friends and family on the other side of the world on our special day.

What makes Yield special is - Their absolute dedication to ambiance, culinary experience, the incredible selections of natural wines around the world & most importantly connecting with their quests.

My wife and I will always cherish this place.

Life is not lived without visiting Yield.

We passed this gorgeous shop on our way to dinner and it was absolutely packed. We drawn back to visit after we ate and I am so glad we did. The servers were instantly so friendly and laidback, they brought our tasty and interesting drinks quickly and the ambiance was much quieter at that time in the night. Apparently they were about to close but still they took the time to make us (and our dog) feel welcome. They went out of their way to provide an amazing service. The menu is not massive but of course they have all the offerings of the whole shop to drink in house as well. 100% we will be back with friends.

I wish I could give them more stars!

We have a round for a friend's birthday at Yield and there went above and beyond. I haven't had this level of customer service in a long time, it made us all feel at home with family.

Their level of expertise on wine and beer shocked me, they are so knowledgeable it's impressive.

Thank you so much, we will be back and bring many many more friends!

Sincerely,
una Chicharrera de corazón!

Very cosy and welcoming environment, really good quality food and drinks.
I especially want to mention Paul who gave me great service and suggested an incredible red wine which I loved.

Visited around midday on a Sunday in mid January. Nice shop, full of upscale goods. I came in mainly to check out the beer selection. It isn’t a huge selection but they have some good local stuff and quality breweries. I got a couple things from The Kernel and a few non-London breweries that were new to me. If I had had more time, I would have perused the cheese selection. Lots of wine in here, too. Fair enough prices. Friendly cashier. I’d happily return.
