I got recommended this place by a friend of mine, this was not a disappointment, the whole experience was amazing. The staff very friendly from the hostess, waitress and supervisor Felix who recommended us great wines (Greek and Spanish) for pairing with the food we selected. The small plates were nice and very tasty, full of flavours. I had a special night with my +1. Thanks for welcoming us. Hope to be there again soon!

Bedales is my go-to place in London!

Their crew is fantastic and extremely friendly - always lending a hand if needed (from making&amending reservations, to suggesting wines/food and remembering friendly faces!)

They have a lovely and enjoyable wine selection available, plus their food has always been great! Currently loving their new "Spring 2022" menu :)

Delicious lunch in busy, buzzy Borough Market. Particularly enjoyed the crushed jersey royals and the mushroom tartlets…will definitely be back for more! Super friendly and helpful staff too!

Disappointing. I made a booking over the phone and the guy offered to put me and my parents on the terrace upstairs - brilliant I thought! Off to a great start! My parents are not from London so to be able to treat them and sit and watch Borough Market would have been great. However, we turned up on time at 4:30pm on Saturday afternoon and was told the terrace was closed with a vague answer as to why and were rushed to a barrel with stools out the back. We were told we couldn't order food as the kitchen was closed for another half hour - we didn't fully understand what was happening, and I wasn't informed in advance of the terrace being closed or that my booking time was when the kitchen was closed. When we were finally allowed to order, it took a good while to arrive (surprising given most of the things we ordered were cold), and all of the items, particularly the cheese were small. At £6.25 per piece of cheese, the size of your thumb, we were astounded. The waiting staff were happy to bring plates out but didn't seem interested in clearing plates away, and the toilets in the basement were a state. Sadly, we won't be rushing back. So disappointed after hearing good things about Bedales.

Loved it. It was busy and we could easily see why, great atmosphere and a good selection of drinks.

They have a good selection of wines but not really surprising in all honesty.
The music can hardly be heard/acoustics is not good.
Lightning is ok.
A decent date place.

A really quirky wine bar with nice snacks. Serving was very friendly and we enjoy the setting outside (yet inside Borough Market). The trains can be a bit noisy, but add a charm to the atmosphere

Great location, cool place. Sitting out on the terrace is lovely. Unfortunately a few of the staff were quite disinterested and rude. The wine we chose wasn’t available and the waiter served a different one without telling us it was 1/3 more expensive.
