Enjoyed my experience here. Wide selection of wines and some spirits. Spacious layout which is welcoming also bottled beer available. Don't forget to sign up for the wine tasting.

Big selection of wines, relatively well structured. Sometimes wine producer promotions. Could be a five star but
Wines are 30 - 50% over Italy, France, German prices.
The British staff is incompetent. Find a French or German or help yourself.
Staff eating his burger & fries at the table in the wineshop... absolutely killing my appetite on the Californian Pinot Noir I had in mind.
So, if you know what you want, willing to bite the price bullet it's a choice, otherwise find better places.

Great array of wines and incredibly helpful staff who are very knowledgeable of their range!

Poor service on an online order. Sold items as in stock, when they weren't and promised delivery on a certain day which they failed to do. Ended up cancelling and ordering through a different company. Avoid if you can find an alternative supplier.

Good wine choice and ok customer service i will mention profiling which is how i felt when going into this store to buy 2x bottles of my favourite red the lady genuinely made me feel asif i shouldnt be in the shop or asif i was about to steel a bottle off the shelf .. its a no from me and il definitely stick to my other not so local winery in balham

Good place, nice wines and good staff. But charging corkage fees when I buy a bottle from you is why I didn't give it a 5 star!
