Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had loads of time to help and give me recommendations about my alcohol order for my event. A really good selection of beer and wines and didn't even get a chance to look at the spirit selection which seemed vast. A really good brand of a great company.

I loved this shop. The man working there was super helpful and knowledgeable. He let me taste some wine he had just opened while I made my choices. It was so good that I ended up getting a bottle of that too. 100% going back.

Excellent customer service! The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, Products are organised and grouped together quiet well, which made it very easy for me to spot that the specific product I wanted wasn’t available, Despite that the staff were very helpful in assisting me on my enquiries.

Went there around 3-4pm and the store was closed with no note at the door about when it would reopen again. Well I guess I made my way there for nothing and another store picked up on their missed sales.

Experts that help you, wines that surprise you and they even deliver if you live nearby. My best advice is to listen to their advice, the team really know their stuff and whilst they are no cheaper than Waitrose, the ability to learn and try new varietals with their guidance is the winning deal for me.

Hi, the gentleman who was around 11 am on the 23 December, needs to learn about customer service! I sent a friend to get some drinks as I had other commitments and trust this store to help out. She asked for advice on white burgundy and he showed her where the shelf was and walked away! She had no idea what she was looking for, so picked up a random couple of bottles. At no stage any assistance was offered or asked if she needed any. Previous week I attended the store and the same man was there. No efforts were made to acknowledge me, see if I needed any help - nothing. I walked out without any purchase. The same applied to the female assistant on both occasions. Very disappointing. I hope these two are not permanent members. If so, my custom will be moving away. Pity since I live locally

Excellent wine shop with regular offers and great staff.
Love the ease of the local home delivery service as well.
Their Definition range is in excellent and great value.
