Thank you to Charlie at The Good Wine Shop for excellent customer service in making up a special bespoke wine gift and personally delivering it himself locally the same day! Really appreciated his time and careful choices to make up the gift. Also great advice in store and we have enjoyed some new wines at reasonable prices which taste much more expensive than the price tag.

We purchased a lovely bottle of wine as a gift for a wine enthusiast. Enrico was extremely friendly, helpful and well informed. He pointed us in the direction of a number of options and brought the wines to life with his expert knowledge. We shall definitely return in the future. Thank you!

Fantastic new wine shop in wonderful Teddington.
And the Manager, Enrico had Heard- of Grauburgunder (of Germany 🇩🇪) music to our ears - somewhere we can get good German wines.
Enrico was very helpful and we are on the list for wine tasting when it is allowed.

Our experiences with The Good Wine Shops have always been positive, always an extensive selection of wine that you know and new wines to explore helped by knowledgeable and friendly staff.
The only issue is that we end up buying more than we initially planned!

Superb wine shop. Fantastic range, keen prices but critically the staff are wonderful. They listen to what you are after and make excellent suggestions showcasing their amazing depth of knowledge. And the best bit? Not a whit of snobbery; great advice and super wine dispensed without pretension, condescension or affection.
