St Margarets Wines

I have been a regular customer at St Margarets Wines for many years so its about time to sing their praises. It's much more than a wine shop. Expert advice about the huge range of wines, ales & spirits - whiskey( in particular ) - always given with effortless grace. Also, all the mouth watering edible delights are top quality. It is hard to imagine any shop to equal St Margarets Wines. Enough said

We made a very last minute booking last Saturday to join Kiran and Kosh for a Lebanese taster menu with wines to accompany.
Wayne (my husband) had booked a conventional restaurant for our wedding anniversary meal, but we were drawn to something less conventional when a neighbour told us about this event.
What a great decision and a definite bonus was to be able to bring our dogs Barbara & Brenda with us.
Just a few other people at the venue, but soon we were all chatting like old friends. Food and wine flowed freely as did the conversation.
Time flew by and all too soon the night was over, but not finished…we joined some new found friends for a few more tipples.
Can’t wait for our next opportunity to indulge in such a great get together. Oh and by the way Kosh’s knowledge of wines made me feel that I need to learn a lot more about wines..it’s fascinating.
I suppose I should also mention that all wines were superb, as was the food.
Thanks so much to you both (& our fellow diners), an anniversary to remember.

This place is fantastic, and I highly recommend stopping in for a drink or to pick up a bottle of wine. Kosh arranged a personalised whiskey tasting for my brother. He and Kirin went above and beyond to make his visit amazing.
They are always so welcoming, and many of the locals in St Margaret’s will agree.

An absolute gem of a wine, craft ale and spirit shop.

I love my Belgian beers which are always well-stocked but there is something to cater for every taste - quite often some rare and unique wines/whisky's from across the globe.

They also run some intimate tasting nights throughout the year which is also another treat. Definitely worth checking out!

Fabulous and friendly service with great wine, whisky, gin, tequilla, beer,italian food & chocolates recommendations.
A cosy store serving drinks indoors and out. Always a pleasure to come and get their advise on pairings or just have tasting of wine. Highly recommend the place.
Want to meet and make new friends? This is the place..... Best place for glass or 2 to sit in or out with some top quality cheese crackers chutney & charcuterie

Popped in here for the first time on my recent trip to London. Thought it was fantastic. Such friendly staff, lovely welcoming atmosphere, and an amazing selection of wines. Would highly recommend a visit.

What a local gem this place! Only couple of minutes walk from St Margarets station, you can find this friendly, lovely shop where you can buy bottles and also drink in. The owner, Kosh is an expert with a broad knowledge of drinks all around.
They are always so welcoming and you’ll have an amazing time there. Worth a trip even though you’re not local!

Excellent selection of wines and very attentive, informed customer service. The owner had superb knowledge of wines and recommended a brilliant wine from Chile. I was absolutely taken by the taste from the first sip. Must go for best wine selection in and around St. Margaret’s.
