Absolutely fantastic natural wine shop with a great selection of drinks! Same day bicycle delivery in the local area at a very reasonable cost with the most lovely staff. They were out of a wine I tried to order so they called to let me know and replaced with a bottle of something even better than I had originally ordered.
These guys have been my lockdown saviours this year and they've done an outstanding job of pivoting from a restaurant to an online store. Love them!

Great selection of natural wines. Ordered 2 times this year and was very happy. Arrived super fast and bottles didn’t have any issue. Would recommend!

Great local independent liquor store selling their own vermouth and a curated selection of wines and other bits. Relaxed, friendly service. Nice vibe.

Sent out weird anti-union marketing material. You should respect the strikes and not just parrot right wing talking points about how they're 'threatening Christmas'

First time ordering and one of the wines was out of stock, was recommended a different one which turned out to be delicious. Fantastic range of wines, beers and deli items. Fast delivery, great service & communication with staff, will definitely be ordering again.

I've been to their shop many times and it's never been a good service but I've always let it go as the wine was always good. In my last visit it really was too much though. After asking if the shop was open - it was hard to tell because it had boxes everywhere and it was blocking the entry and the door - I was told by the only member of staff 'I guess, if you can get in' so not a great start, - it did not make me feel particularly welcomed - but as I said it has often been my experience at this shop and I understand that there are a lot of deliveries, especially in covid times, although an apology or a smile when the customers are struggling to walk in between the boxes would have been nice. Anyway, Once we were inside, we received no help whatsoever and we had to keep checking their website to read about the wines, we've not been talked to until we paid at the till - Shop Cuvee never has labels, which is fine, but then it would make sense to have the staff helping or guiding you in the shop. I'm lucky my partner works in a similar sector and knows about wine! Honestly, I've worked in bars, cafes and shops for years and I just don't understand how this can happen, to spend £30 on a bottle of wine and barely being acknowledged is just not acceptable. Again, their wines are often lovely and it has nothing to do with the selection but service should be part of the experience. There are plenty of wonderful wine shops around that do want you to walk in their shops and buy some good products.

This shop should be rebranded "People with attitude". The staff is particularly unfriendly and unhelpful (except the one lady who works there) on top of being rude and condescending (most of the time). Yes they have unusual good wines but so do other places in the area (Highbury Vintners, Yield N1).
