Got there by 7:39pm on Friday. Even on the door is says that the store closes at 8pm. And there is 3 employees inside stocking and drinking wine, with the doors locked. Poor customer service.

Received first class customer service last Thu. My friend and I went for a wine fitting which was conducted by Lucy. We sampled a selection of 4 white and 4 red wines and Lucy was knowledgeable, helpful and personable and made the fitting very enjoyable. We met Beth towards the end of the fitting and she also gave us great customer service. We each got a bottle of our favourite wine and later received the results of the fitting via email. Looking forward to going back for another fitting very soon!

We've been a number of times now and on each visit the guys never let us down. Whether it's a special bottle for an anniversary or a cheeky bottle for a Sunday lunch, they have it. Their ability to pair wines with whatever meal you have planned is exceptional, we do this regularly! If you want a treat, ask for Laura and ask for a wild card! We do it every time we go in, leave one our 6 bottles down to her to pick and she blows us away with her knowledge, professionalism and always friendly! We can't wait to go back already!
