I havent been to this shop but my best mate has and she said the one that works in there is moody, and he has no sense of goood customer services and he isnt helpful at all. I would just like to say if people can avoid this shop that would be the best possible way ever as you will probs get the same experience as my best mate did.

My family have been loyal and supported this shop for many years. I have frequented it when I have been on trips back from Spain where I lived for 12 years. This morning I went there for a mobile phone top up voucher and was stared at by the man behind the counter. He served and took my money before accusing me of being banned from the shop. I was very shocked and insulted, how dare he. The amount of thugs about and he picked on me a 60ish year old white women! Myself, born in Sidcup along with my family and friends will no longer be using this shop.

One of the best selections of drinks available to buy in Sidcup, anything from a beer to a pricy bottle of champagne, with a vast array of spirits in between. Plus all the other things you would expect to find in a convenience store.
The staff have always been polite and friendly to me.

Terrible customer service, make mistakes and accuse you of lieing. I tried to top up 15 quid on my oyster, the grumpy cashier put 1.50 on it and gave me no change. I notice this just outside the shop, walk back in and he denies everything

I've just moved back to Sidcup after many years away and Vino Vita with a new look is still here. My needs are all supplied in one place no queuing just good shopper sense does the trick. Good to see somethings don't change.

This is my local shop has been for the past 10 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are polite and helpful. It’s very convenient, has everything you will need in one place. They are like a family now I’m in there 4-5 times a day

staff can sometimes be friendly not all the time though, good shop for convenience

dont use! paid a bill via payzone and they sent it to someone else unable to get my £99 back very rude man and i am reporting him to trading standards!!!
