Sales person sent my invoice and receipt to the wrong client! They then forwarded to me and said, apologies, we sent your receipt to the wrong person. When I asked for an explanation, I received none and had to call the store. Spoke to one of the partners there who said, it was an honest mistake, what do you want me to do? He sounded irritated that I was even concerned about my information being sent to the wrong person. Eventually, begrudgingly, offered an apology.

In an age where automated POS systems are the norm, this is a joke. If you find something you like and don't mind the order handled by a very unprofessional and antiquated staff with awful systems, I'd avoid. Too many other good places to buy wine from.

Used Four Walls for first time yesterday and placed order mid morning. Received immediate confirmation. I rang with a small query which was quickly and helpfully answered. The wine arrived perfectly packaged at noon following day. Very helpful and efficient. Will certainly use them again.

Absolutely brilliant wine merchant. Wine is always in great condition and at a reasonable price. Reccomended.

Ordered online, got a 1994 and a 1983 Bordeaux included. They were in perfect shape! I'll definitely be ordering more as soon as my stock runs out!

Popped in after lunch at the The White Horse. We were staying in the area to celebrate our anniversary so were ready to buy a nice bottle of wine (or more). The shop was empty, with 3 staff. Barely a welcome when we walked in and after 5-10mins of looking at the wine display there was not a single request to help, ask what we were looking for etc. So we left. Business missed, but why spend your money with a business that has no inclination to help or provide any form of customer service. Money spent elsewhere.

I have used Four Walls Wine a few times and they have never let me down. The wine is always delivered promptly and well packaged. Could not recommend them more.
