Great atmosphere/feel for a wine shop with very knowledgeable and polite staff. I have been here a few times and have always been very pleased with the recommendations.

I have been attending their Friday tastings for a while and it has become a tradition now. Colin is a walking wine encyclopedia and always shares a lot of detail on the wines we taste/buy, making the experience much more enjoyable. They have a wide range of wines at fair prices. Fantastic traditional wine shop!

Fantastic boutique wine shop, staff are deeply knowledgeable and very friendly. They are happy to help you choose a bottle within a set budget, without any snobbishness as to what that budget may be.

Brilliant for the kinds of bottles you won't find in a supermarket! Excellent and very informative staff who will help you find exactly the right single malt or small-batch sherry for your needs. Convenient location 3 mins from Liverpool Street. A gem.

Excellent place for a special bottle (or just a fine wine) of wine, whisky, port or brandy to name but a few of their lines. Very knowledgable staff and prices reasonable given the location and overheads they incur

My favourite wine shop in the UK. You can't find a single boring bottle in the whole shop and, when I worked in the City, they kept pointing me to fabulous, small producers which the world hadn't cottoned on to. Delightful, passionate people and they do some really, really interesting and informative tastings too. The absolute definition of what a small, independent wine merchant should be.

Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and attentive service. Having no knowledge in the product I was looking to buy, I was pleasantly surprised to be in touch with Neil, who was open, honest and gave me all of the information I needed to purchase a special gift. I definitely recommend this company and will be spreading my experience with friends. Could only give 5 stars - but the experience is worth more!
