Majestic Wine

Very helpful and friendly staff. We're ore than happy to help me pick out some good wines for my daughter's wedding even though I am a non drinker. We're possible we were able to sample a couple of the options and make a choice that we were happy with.
Would definitely use them again and their prices were very comparable too. So very happy

I've attended one of their Wine Tasting Evenings with my wife and it was brilliant!
Impressive wine ranges with complimentary cheese, snacks and smoked meat.
The customer experience is exactly how it always should be, supportive, providing the knowledge and history about the wines in order for us to find the wine that suits us best different moments.
Good Price/Quality ratio.
It is definitely recomend to wine&spirit lovers!

First visit today to Majestic Wine. Didn't expect much, thought it would be a big store of expensive wine. When we arrived the staff were so friendly and offered to do some blind wine tasting with us to find the type of wine we like best. What a lovely idea! Greatly enjoyed the experience and the staff's wine knowledge, and very impressed by the wide selection and price of the wines. We will definitely be returning, can't wait to try out some new interesting wines! (And price wise not much different to the price of many supermarkets)

missing wine. head office not answering.shop not answering.. Update... day 16 still no wine. Been told by 3 people at different times "your wine will be there today" and it hasnt, also been told its lost with Yodel. Yodel tried delivering it to the store but got the wrong address etc etc and now i find out that the warehouse for Majestic Wine is in.............. Northampton... work that one out. Greg at the shop been great, nothing to do with the shop its all about head office and customer services being useless. Still waiting.

The team at Majestic provided us with the wines and beers for our wedding in April. The service was fantastic, particularly Jack and Margit. We had the free glass hire which was delivered to us a few days before the wedding, and when we returned the deposit was quickly paid back. Great bonus that we were able to go in for a really fun and informative tasting! They were really helpful in advising the promotions they had on at the time too which we took full advantage of.

Always a friendly member of staff to help with your selection of wine or just some advice. A lot of other retailers could learn from them. Walked in for 6 bottles, went out with 7. Fantastic service is the norm.

Bought wine for wedding party, great selection and knowledgeable advice. Great that they buy the wine you do not drink. Would go back to buy single special bottle or when hosting a party.
