Majestic Wine Salisbury

Always something new to try / taste / buy. The staff are really friendly, very knowledgeable and always happy to help take our haul to the car. This place is not just for wines - also spirits and my personal favourite the great selection of craft beers. Get the app and connect to your account and you can see your purchase history, order in advance and save your favourites so you can find them again!

I was looking for a specific wine that was discontinued - I called the Salisbury store and they literally couldn’t do enough to help me! They held the wine for a good couple of months until I could come and collect it! Every part of correspondence has been professional and informative and I couldn’t praise Matthew enough! Thank you so much - I would thoroughly recommend :-)

We are smack bang in the middle of the Southampton, Bournemouth and Salisbury stores location wise (half an hour from each) however this is by far my favourite store. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of being served by the manager last week who couldn’t do enough for me. Being my indecisive self Matthew let me try the Rosé to make sure I was pleased with it before purchasing - which I was, very pleased. I’m usually a Whispering Angel drinker but it can get a little spenny... Matthew suggested more economical alternatives without losing the delicious flavour (so now I can buy more bottles than before!) I was shocked when he told me he hadn’t been there long because his knowledge was outstanding. Matthew really went above and beyond for me, what a great example he is setting for his staff! Even took the case out to my car. What a great advocate for Majestic, I often buy my drink online however will be going into the Salisbury store now because I know I’ll be treated so well. These days we are all so quick to criticise and complain however not all of us are so quick to give positive feedback and praise; unfortunately customer service like Matthews is getting harder and harder to find, even in ‘prestige’ stores such as Selfridges and , so thank you Matthew! You’ve made my high street shopping experience enjoyable again and I can’t wait to come back for my next case of Rosé.

Superbly managed, Knowledable staff, well organised and laid out store with some exciting wines and spirits. A designated vegan section with staff that know not only their wines, but food pairing ideas.. Well done Majestic Salisbury..

Ollie and Karl at Majestic were so helpful! I ordered 40 bottles of wine, 210 glasses, wine chillers and ice. Everything went smoothly and the wine was excellent. I loved the fact you got refunded for any un-used bottles of wine and as long as all glasses were returned clean they were free to hire. Do consider using Majestic wines for big events!

Nick and all his team at Majestic Salisbury are outstanding. Knowledge of their wine, organisation and helpfulness better than anything experienced anywhere else.
Ordered a large quantity of wine, glasses, coolers, ice etc etc, to be delivered to a venue in the middle of nowhere. It arrived (with a smile) exactly when promised.
