Jacqui and the Fire Side team in West Linton are the absolute best for all things stove related. The customer care has been just amazing. Really professional, with clear guidance on costs and timescales, with a very comprehensive quote for our stove for the winter. These guys are the people to go to if you want a warm home and the comfort of a stove. Simply cannot rate them high enough. Well done Jacqui and the team.

Fire Side has really friendly staff and a great range of stove products. We bought our wood burning stove from here over 10yrs ago and have been back today to buy a spare part for the flue. Although the flue is discontinued they still stocked a spare as they stocked up in advance of it being discontinued so great stock of back products too made it a great service. When our newly delivered stove was found to have been damaged in transit, Steve sourced a new one from Perth and delivered It personally that evening! Tremendous service, and all done with a smile. As we’d arranged to have it fitted in a couple of days, getting the stove we’d ordered a few weeks ago quickly was important. I cannot imagine any other supplier beating this level of service. Would now make this my first (and only) port of call for a wood burner. Thank you Steve

Lovely little shop with a pretty good selection of stoves and fireplaces. My only criticism is there are no prices displayed, and when I went in the owner was out, so we couldn't price anything and will have to return. Still worth a trip as West Linton is a beautiful village with a convenience store that sells great frozen curries.
