Samantha is such a dedicated, positive person, with a wonderful personality and is passionate about Yoga and the benefits it gives people. Samantha does Yoga for all ages and enjoys every minute helping, giving and sharing with others the benefits of Yoga. Samantha has been doing Yoga sessions in schools in Hampshire for a few years now, which have been proved successful, giving the children a wellbeing toolkit to build on for their future, enabling them to deal and cope better with the problems life throws at them. Fantastic to join in with her sessions and thank you, for all the love and kindness that you spread.

I have been completing Sam's 'Primary Yoga Leader Course' online. After participating in adult yoga classes for several years, I wanted to learn how to bring yoga to the classroom. Sam's knowledge about yoga philosophy is incredible and her practical guide to delivering fun and engaging lessons is next level. I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and it has been the confidence boost I needed to deliver yoga in primary schools.
