Namaste Hatha Yoga

Need Yoga for Mental as well as physical health, exercise alot at work.
I running late as I hadn't estimated my time from home well, but there was no need for embarrassment, I was welcomed with a smile and open arms from one of the Ladies called Francis, who promptly went to her car to get me a matt. I quickly settled.
It was so refreshing to stretch parts of my body that have asleep for years. That said I soon realised some of my muscles were wonky, but was reassured by the tutor after that thus would slowly improve over time.
Very pleasing, well worth the purchase. Definitely recommend.
