I started practising yoga over 20 years ago because I had heard a lot about the benefits to be gained in terms of flexibility, strength and mindfulness and I felt it was a good foil to tennis which is my other favourite sport.
I always look forward to Kay's classes, they are very varied and no two weeks feel the same but certain poses are regularly incorported into the classes. This enables me to practise them more deeply and gain the confidence to use certain poses to help ease any stiffness caused by other daily activities. Having the classes online has proved invaluable during this year's lockdown but I am happy to continue with this as I like to have the flexibility of when to practise and Kay's instructions are so good that it really feels like she is in the room with me!
My flexibility has improved and I have suffered far fewer injuries from other sports and I definitely attribute this to practicing yoga. After practising yoga I feel calmer, energised and I have a great sense of wellbeing - I can't recommend it enough for people of all ages.

I started yoga classes after chatting to a friend about how much better she feels in herself since taking up yoga. Kay makes yoga fun and each class is different. Yoga has improved my flexibility, posture, balance, core strength and taught me mindfulness. Kay had to move classes online owing to covid but I get just as much out of them and the upside is choosing the most convenient time for me.

I started Yoga with Kay about 12 years ago, she is a highly knowledgeable and dedicated yoga teacher, yoga was brilliant when I was younger for helping me to be more flexible for ballet and jazz dance lessons. Now that I am older it helps my joints and muscles to stay supple, I find that the exercises have made it much easier to turn my head e.g. whilst driving....it has been a godsend to have the online classes during Lockdown too, I think I am a bit less inhibited at home, and being able to choose a time to complete a class has meant that I have participated in all the classes. However, I do miss the friendly faces and chats with my 5.30 colleagues, and look forward to seeing everyone again when this is all over.

I have been going to Kays yoga classes for many years and they are an essential part of my week! I find them very relaxing and Kay has such a wonderful way of explaining the different poses and breathing, and meditation. I have learnt so much from her over the years and always leave the class feeling refreshed, energised and relaxed even after a really busy day! I love that we now have access to a different weekly online class as well, its fantastic being able to go to Kays class, and when I get the chance to also practice at home at any time. Kays online classes are so professionally done it is like having her actually in the room to teach you at home!
