Jennyoga - Yoga Classes in Rugby

Jen is an amazing yoga instructor for me personally.
I go to a one to one class and find that my mental wellbeing and physical flexibility has improved greatly since starting with Jen.

Great classes, excellent teacher and all at your own pace , would highly recommend

One of the best classes I have been to. The yoga was perfect, Jenny allows you to work through the poses depending on your yoga experience. Great teaching and a great environment to be in. Will definitely be going again.
