I started Sophie’s Beginners Yoga in September and absolutely love it! She is the loveliest teacher and explains everything so well, I’ve never really “got” yoga before but I certainly do now - her class is relaxing and rejuvenating and I always leave with a yoga “glow”! Whether you’re new to Yoga or have been practicing for years, I would thoroughly recommend Sophie!

Sophie’s classes are fantastic. It is relaxed and welcoming. As a beginner, and quite out of shape, I was unsure if I would be able to manage the class but Sophie put me at ease. Sophie always helps everyone in the class work at their own pace and takes time to speak to you about your individual needs. I’m so pleased with the progress I’ve made so far and I’m feeling so much better - both physically and emotionally. I have definitely caught the “yoga bug”!

Since joining Sophie Loves Yoga I have step by step been able to build up my core strength and balance. This had particularly helped my tennis and general well being. I feel very welcome and in comfortable in my group and would encourage others to give it a go!
