I did several months of yogabellies with Karen when I was pregnant with my first baby. I absolutely loved it! The class is excellent for learning some brilliant breathing techniques to use during labour and Karen walks you through the yoga techniques brilliantly. Would highly recommend x

I've loved both pregnancy and mum and baby classes with Karen. The pregnancy class helped prepare me for birth, even though it was a C-section, it was still so beneficial. The Mum and Baby class is a great way to bond with little one as well as helping get fit again. Both very supportive and welcoming classes. Thoroughly recommend!
