Yoga With Jenny

I'm in , my mid fifties and have never tried yoga before now. I had no idea what to expect, I'm not good at exercise but know I need to take care of my health. Some of the stretches and poses I struggle with but, hopefully, in about 12 weeks time (I've been coming for 3 weeks) I shall start to see some results. Jenny is very helpful and encouraging without pushing beyond my current limits. The cost of sessions is very affordable, you can pay weekly or monthly which ever suits your pocket. Now I'm a 6ft 40yr old bloke who can crow pose,headstand,and basically bend way way more.
I'm definitely giving it another 12 weeks maybe another 12 years.
