One Yoga London

Really good classes, in a beautiful building. I've started from beginner there and been going for 6 months. I love the beginner class with Vanessa and find that she pays attention to everyone's needs in the class to help everyone to improve. Despite being for beginners, it's physically more demanding than most of the other general yoga sessions I've experienced elsewhere, helping build strength. Finally there is also laughter and lightness to the class, which I think is essential. You can pay for exactly how many classes you do, or the are packaged. Sadly as Hornsey Town Hall quickly approaches being a boutique hotel, One Yoga will be moving to Hornsey, but this will still be great I'm sure

Great classes, I have yet to go to one I didn't like and I've been to a few. Really friendly and professional teachers who I find inspiring. I love One Yoga and highly recommend anyone to join in - I've never felt better.

Had a fantastic first class here with Bel this morning, yoga flow - v fast, hot n sweaty, not for the fainthearted, amazing class! Great instruction and adjustments, truly inspiring - highly recommended! Friendly local studio.

I did a virtual class for the first time this week. The teacher was great, clear instructions, great class and the virtual aspect worked well. The only thing i would say to improve would be the lighting. The teacher was back lit by the window, so in silhouette, it would have been nice to see her better. Highly recommend!

Lovely , new , clean space. The studio is bright & I love the mandala on the wall.
Both classes I attended were amazing- teachers professional , approachable & full of positive energy ! Excellent first experience! Xxxxxxx

As a real yoga novice, I was hesitant about coming but I’m so glad I did - all the staff here are so kind, welcoming and helpful and made me feel completely at ease!

I've only done the online classes as I live nowhere near, but I can't recommend them enough and I hope one day to make it to the studio! Special shout out to Vanessa, Adriana and Jackie - their classes are fantastic, but all teachers whose classes I've done have been great to be honest.

I have tried a few classes with One Yoga now, all the teachers are brilliant, super friendly and informative. The classes are a good challenge, and I look forward to attending more in the future :)
