Louise is an incredibly talented yoga teacher and I cannot recommend her enough! She has a lovely relaxing style to her classes and her knowledge and expertise is fascinating. I feel like I have learnt something new about my body every class I attend. She specialises in pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing which has been fantastic in preparing for birth. I have attended her classes with both of my pregnancies, most recently she has been able to help me turn my breech baby with some 121 support which has been amazing! Love her.
