I only started attending recently but find this to be a very well run studio. The staff is very warm and professional. All details have been accounted for to make people feel welcome from the tea and lemon water in the waiting area to the accessible toilets and changing area and with the providing of mats and other yoga accessories.classes are also affordable priced. I’m very impressed and plan to keep going back.

As a beginner at yoga I was looking for a studio that offered flexibility in booking process, a variety of classes & instructors and above all a welcoming feel… got that 100% with New Energy Yoga. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first few classes, so much so that I have already bought more credits and have booked onto multiple more. Looking forward to my yoga journey with the support from these lovely people.

Enjoyed the clean environment of the yoga studio. The music is a bit loud during class as the studio is on the busy street with loud traffic noise, sometimes I could hardly hear the instructor. I thought it’s a bit distracting with the volume of the music. I attended a workshop for back pain, didn’t feel like I get much out of it. The movement/methods of stretching are very unusual making it difficult to remember and to practice on my own. I had also attended a Friday stretching class, it was great except I feel like eternity laying on the mat before and at the end of the class. I’d say at least 15 minutes each? (At least I feel it was that long) so it left the real stretching class at only 30 minutes. I would recommend 5 minutes of laying before and after class should be sufficient. Too long of laying there making me feeling stiff, totally opposite of stretching or relaxing , especially when there are loud tragic noise and music. I had pilayoga class, that was great. The time we spent on laying on the mat was appropriate. Overall, the instructors are very kind, friendly, knowledgeable. Can’t wait for the hot yoga to begin.

I have loved going to New Energy studio. It has an excellent venue, a beautiful space and a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. I have had classes with 3 different teachers and they have all provided a most enjoyable yoga experience. I will be continuing to attend classes at New Energy.

I’ve been to a few different yoga studios and tried a variety of teachers and this is the best studio and every teacher I’ve encountered is excellent. It also has some more strength based classes and 2 hour + mediation and inversion workshops, along with the usual classes you might expect.

This is a lovely yoga studio. I had not done yoga for a while and the people explained the best classes to take. Enjoyed the classes and perfect balance of yoga and relaxation which was just what I was looking for in December. Highly recommend.

New Energy is a lovely yoga studio. The atmosphere is cosy and warm even in the middle of winter. The people I've met are all helpful and friendly. I've attended 3 classes with Maddy and she's just fantastic, I can't recommend her enough. The only negative comment I have is that 50mins is not enough for a yin class (IMHO) - it needs at least 1 hour or even longer
