This is a really enjoyable yoga where everyone feels welcome. You feel very safe in the pod and all of the teachers always give several different stages of one pose so that you never feel as though you are unable to join in. Amy and co are all fabulous and I can not recommend them highly enough; from the yoga itself to responding to emails and having that personal touch, it is a lovely group to be apart of and I can’t wait to return in the summer. Please give it a go!!

I absolutely love yoga classes at Hotpod Chesterfield. The pod is like a welcome cocoon and the heat means you are able to get deeper into poses and work harder. The teachers are all fantastic and every class is different; parking is free and there is plenty available. Highly recommend you to try it if you enjoy yoga!

I was so so nervous attending yoga as I was a total beginner. I'm not excellent at it but the girls at got pod yoga always make me feel at ease and welcome. I really enjoy going now. Thanks so much!

I joined Hotpod Yoga Chesterfield a few weeks ago as a complete beginner and I've been having an amazing time!
The teachers are all very welcoming and well aware of whether they have beginners in each class and always make sure to suggest variations for poses and movements so you can challenge yourself if you're used to yoga but also take it slowly if you prefer to.
It's a great work out but extremely relaxing at the same time!
There is a wide variety of sessions available, at different times of the day so it caters for everyone.
Parking is super easy near the Hub and there are always plenty of spaces.

Brilliant classes, instructors and venue. When I started here over a year ago I had no idea what to expect and had very little experience with yoga. The instructors all ran the classes so that regardless of being a beginner or advanced, you felt you were getting proper training at a pace you felt you could manage.

My friends ask what the difference is between this and normal yoga... my response... "It's dark, peaceful and relaxing in the big blow up purple tent. The heat, slowly warms your muscles making it easier to stretch and work the positions without injuring yourself... added bonus I feel like my pores are thoroughly cleansed from all the sweat that pours out of me! (and I'm not a person that sweats!) but at no point do I ever feel faint, it's a very different type of heat... and I am typically a fainter!".

14 months later I still go twice a week with my partner, and it's worth every penny!

Had a very therapeutic Nurturing Flow session this afternoon in the wonderful, warm pod. Plenty of gentle sretches held for longer than usual. Michelle provides options and levels for each pose so you can choose your level, depending how you feel. Hugely enjoyable and perfect for a Sunday afternoon.
