This yoga centre is an absolute gem. Sasha Perryman, who teachers at this center, is one of the most inspiring teachers I've had in 10 years of practicing iyengar yoga. She is kind, extraordinarily perceptive, and has a rare combination of firmness and gentleness in her teaching. It can be a life-changing experience to take her classes. As a physical space, the centre is cozy and welcoming, and has all the equipment one would want for practicing yoga. Recommended in the highest way.

This is a very well equipped yoga studio in the centre of Cambridge, run by a highly qualified, highly regarded and experienced Senior Iyengar teacher. A variety of classes are held, from remedial to teacher training to general classes.

I was made very welcome at the centre when I moved to Cambridge and it has given me the opportunity to continue developing my practice .To have such an experienced teacher with a well equipped and homely yoga studio in Cambridge is fantastic!
