Soraya Yoga is closed for 6mths to cater for infra upgrades. Only got to know after we walked for 40mins from the other side of the island.such a pity

Soraya has abundant knowledge of yoga and how to incorporate it into the everyday. Her classes have literally been a life line for me.

I have never done, nor contemplated Yoga or any of its practices and yesterday was gifted a days retreat with Soraya Yoga.
I went filled with anxiety and the unknown and was met with compassion, safety and encouragement. I learnt peace, strength, mindfulness and manifested my future goals through meditation and mindmapping. My body was rested through Yoga and nourished with by delicious Vegan feast.
I came home enlightened, clear minded and ready to take on the daily strains with a new mindset.
I cannot recommend Soraya Yoga enough.. if this is what is possible in one day I cannot wait to see what my future looks like with Soraya & Natalie now part of it.
