I cannot recommend Donna at Red Yoga highly enough. As a former yoga teacher it took me over a year to find an instructor who puts the student at the centre of everything they do. I have an aversion of teachers who show off and don't treat their students with kindness and compassion. Small, super friendly classes taught by Donna who has a real and genuine passion for yoga . Don't be fooled though, your body will get the workout it needs.

I have been taking private yoga lessons from Donna for three year. She is wonderful. Listens to your issues and focuses on them. She is a lovely teacher. I recently moved to the U.S. and still take zoom lessons from Donna, her knowledge and understanding of the body makes her lessons so invaluable.

I wouldn’t want to do yoga anywhere else! Donna is an excellent teacher. Her instructions are always clear and the lessons are very well thought out. She is very knowledgeable about the human body and tells us why the poses are beneficial and makes sure we are doing them properly. I love all the wisdom Donna has to impart and her lessons have enriched my life. Like I say I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

It’s Strictly Come Dancing Season at the time
of writing this review so obviously it needs to be said if Donna was on the show she would be scoring straight 40’s every single week !
She is a talented teacher waking up new muscles from the dead in ingenious new ways. Her classes are very cleverly structured to quietly work on every part of the body . She is professional, punctual, fun and extremely well informed. I would whole heartedly recommend joining one of her groups. I am definitely, after only a few months of attendance, becoming less creaky . Give your future self the best possible present.

All the previous comments go for me too, especially the bit about the clear instructions, so important if you're upside down or tied in a knot. What can I add? Donna always makes sure you are challenged enough but not too much, that's part of her client centered approach, so you always feel you are growing and developing, but within what is safe for your body. Uniquely, Donna melds strong physical practice with effective meditative and breathing exercises, sooooo beneficial 'off the mat' in daily life. And finally, teaches yoga with a sense of humour, always helpful!

What a great class! Donna is an excellent teacher, all the lessons are so well thought out and she is very patient and good natured. I have done the group classes and 1:1 s for my frozen shoulder and seen great improvement.
