Daniela is a fantastic yoga teacher. I started coming to increase my activity after illness, and she took the time to discuss with me any problems I might face before my first class. She is always able to offer adjustments to poses to suit everyone in the class, and I always leave feeling so stretched and relaxed.

Daniela has a creative teaching style and she incorporates variety and depth to her classes. She is very encouraging and helps us try out new poses safely and with good humour. There are no repeat lessons, each one is a one-off, which keeps it fresh, enjoyable and challenging. You will receive a warm welcome and lots of support. I thoroughly recommend it!

Daniela is a really encouraging and positive teacher. We work hard in the class but Daniela creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. She monitors us and will always offer a modification so you can always do something and get the most out of the class.

I attend Daniels’s chair yoga at The Clockhouse and also Barton community centre .
Daniela is a superb teacher , attentive to everyone’s difficulties and adapts the yoga positions to accommodate all of us .
I am only a beginner and struggle with some positions but Daniela is not judgemental and I really enjoy her classes . Christina

Daniela has a well thought through yoga session and will adjust a pose to be manageable for any injury, which is so helpful. She is kind, friendly and has good knowledge to discuss any questions. The exercises are varied week to week, so never feels boring or the same routine. Appreciate how toned and mentally relaxed I feel afterwards. Wish I could start every day with this class.

Daniela is the best Yoga teacher! She puts a lot of thought into the sessions, so there is a lovely progression through the different postures, which supports concentration and awareness of the body. Although some of the positions are quite demanding physically, there is nothing athletic or striving about Daniela’s approach. I always leave feeling better and inspired!

I loved the yoga class with Daniela! I am a beginner and her way of explaining and showing the movements made it easy and fun for me to follow. Her guidance create a calming yet invigorating space and I felt great after the class. Recommended!

I've really enjoyed attending Daniela's yoga classes. She offers a very welcoming, calm and nurturing space and takes care to introduce alternative ways of doing poses to accommodate injuries and different abilities. I always feel very relaxed afterwards.
