Most teachers at this location are good. Valentina P, however, not so much. She seems to have a low tolerance for students who diverge slightly from the asanas she teaches, such as variations of said asanas. Her teaching style is authoritarian and unfriendly. Low attendance of her classes appear to reflect this. Needless to say I will not be at her class again. Luckily there are plenty of other quality classes at more yoga to make use of.

Since starting back yoga I’ve loved visiting the haggerston studio, I feel it is much quieter and more peaceful due to it being tucked away a little bit. Perfect for Slow flow. Really enjoyed each time I’ve visited with a range of teachers / styles :-)

Nice studio. Good vfm, peaceful vibes. I practice at the Aldgate studio too but I prefer this one. It’s spacious but the teachers are great at both
