The best classes in Shoreditch! So convenient on the way to work and a great way to start the day. I’ve really improved my flexibility since going to Kelly’s classes. She’s a great teacher who has really helped me to do the poses in the correct way.

Instructor was a bit cold upon arrival. I’m all about energies and it felt a bit offstandish from the start. Asked who was new to yoga, which I was and another girl but didn’t really do much to help us so not sure why there was any point asking tbh. We just had to keep up and learn from others beside us. No point saying “all levels welcome” if there is no effort to make beginners feel comfortable.

Asides from that, was still a great class. If I wasn’t a newbie I’m sure I would’ve enjoyed it.

I was lucky enough to attend an outdoor yoga session on a sunny warm day and it was the best yoga class I've done! There was general noise from the surrounding streets and buildings but, for me, being outside, able to see the blue sky while performing yoga poses was an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend it!

I have been on three retreats with Kelly & each of them have been amazing in different ways. As a solo traveller I have been warmed by how welcoming Kelly, the teachers & the other participants are. They go above & beyond to make sure everyone has the best experience & I have made some lifelong friends on these retreats.
If you are looking for a yoga retreat that allows you to be you, then I highly recommend Good Yoga Life. I can't to go on the next one as soon as we can travel safely.

Myself and a friend booked a yoga trip for one week in May with Kelly in Ibiza which had to be cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We paid £645 each for the yoga lessons, food and accommodation but she has refused to issue us a refund. She received £11,000 for two weeks of retreats in May in Ibiza and has yet to refund anyone from the two groups. She said she has paid £8,000 of this amount to pay for the villa, chef and cleaning company which she is unable to get refunds for and so is unable to pay us the money back. She says she is waiting to see if her claim of £5,000 from her insurance will be approved. She is also asking the people who booked to claim on their own insurance for the amount paid to her. We did not get insurance and due to the onset of the virus, most policies since March would not have covered us in this situation regardless. It is very unprofessional to withhold the funds for this period of time, we paid her the money on Jan. 7. As a sole trader she is liable for her business' debts and as she has not provided a service to her customers she must provide a refund. Do not book on with her - very poor customer service!
