Lola runs a yogabirth class at St Paul's on Monday evenings. Fantastic class that relaxes body and mind and prepares you mentally for birth. I had a difficult first labour and found Lola during my second pregnancy. I can't recommend how much of a difference she made. Thank you Lola!
