I have been practicing hot yoga on and off for approximately 10 years and it was a great pleasure to find the beautiful Fierce Grace studio (a must see) located at Primrose Hill. I love the variety of classes, as there is something to suit everyone. Whether you are a complete beginner, intermediate or advanced, the studio welcomes all levels to practice at their own pace. The reception staff are friendly, bright, helpful and positive and the class teachers are all very good, they each bring their own unique style and essence to the sequence and practice of the class they are teaching. There are many holistic benefits of hot yoga, from clarity of the mind, renewed energy, cleansing, detoxing, strengthening, postural alignment and harmony. I am grateful for such a wonderful practice to balance and enhance my well-being. Thank you to all at Fierce.

Be Warned ! My wife gifted me 10 sessions at Fierce Grace Primrose Hill for my birthday.

Due to Covid and more recently, no heating at the PH studio, I could not book the hot yoga class. Therefore I was unable to use my last 5 sessions before the expiry date. When I asked to have them reinstated because of the issues of their heating etc….

They offered to extend my 5 unused classes if I paid a further fee. Which I found unacceptable!

Love this place! Instructors, studio and community are simply brilliant. I started my yoga practise in August 2020 and really notice a difference in my body and general well-being. Hot yoga is the best!

I loved the instructor but the facilities are really severely subpar.
There is mould on the ceiling in the studio which is highly dangerous. After a class packaged with people, the showers weren’t working and we had to wait 10-15 mins for the water to turn on. Just feel like cleanliness is not taken into serious account here.

Good instructors & perfect temperatures - suffices if that is all you need, but the space is not the best. The changing room fits max 5 people comfortably, but at least 15 are always in there making it a stressful experience. So far, the showers either didnt work or only had cold water. The classes also are always too full, so people need to cramp to find space.
As I live close by thats ok for me, but only three stars overall.

It's just fantastic! Great studio, warm reception staff, quality teachers, good facilities, and such a lovely view for the sunrise 🌅 ❤️ doing yoga with the sunrise out the windows is the best. There's a great atmosphere and vibe.

If you're considering hot yoga for the first time, give it a try, just be ready to drink lots of water before your first session. If you've tried hot yoga before, I'm sure you'll like this studio.
