The most amazing yoga I have ever been too.
The teachers are second to none, so welcoming and adapt to your individual ability but make the classes so enjoyable. A perfect haven for your mind and your body. Cancelled gym membership in favour of Calm Collective and was the best thing I ever did.

I have had my first two yoga sessions at Calm Collective this week, hatha flow and beginners yoga. Both sessions have been incredibly beneficial for both mind and body and I have enjoyed them very much. The studio is a very nice, Calming and friendly environment. Session instructors have been inviting, professional and very understanding of the differences of all bodies and capabilities. I am very much looking forward to returning next week.

I honestly cannot praise calm collective enough. At 48 I have dabbled with yoga for a few years but never took to it. I signed up to the beginners course with Tracey and it was life changing and a full membership soon happened. She taught about the practise, anatomy and mind. I cannot express how much this has changed my life. I now find time to prioritise myself through yoga and mediation. Anyone unsure of experimenting with yoga and mindfulness in general, should pop into the studio. You will be welcomed, supported and offered a safe space. Seriously go here. It’s amazing x

Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. After booking a GONG BATH the communication i.e by phone/email was very poor. I was then told I should have rang to make the booking for my friend but after trying to contact Calm all weekend, I gave my details of my friend via email but it wasn't confirmed!
Also, to try & switch off/relax the mind on a busy road with buses/traffic & people talking as tbey went by was very difficult.

I honestly could not recommend calm and collective enough! A real angle with such a warm heart. Tracys perspective on life makes you want to open your mind and except life for what it is. A real healer to say the least.

Tracy and Lua are so welcoming, friendly and understanding of disability needs. They are always willing to listen and offer help. The chair yoga class for the less mobile has been a really wonderful experience for me.
Although we have been in lockdown they are still doing classes via zoom which is such a relief. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have just experienced my first yoga session with a Calm Collective Zoom class this morning and absolutely loved it. Yoga is so much more than bending one's body into impossible poses, it's a way of life. The yogis really *care*.

Huge thanks to the Calm Collective for collaborating with Bexley Mind to provide a holistic approach to improving the Borough's mental health via yoga and meditation. I plan to pop along to the studio at some point in Station Road, Sidcup too.

Namaste.
