Excellent studio offering a range treatments and classes. I like the fact that the timetable is designed to be convenient for people only able to attend either very early or late (or at lunch). The facilities are excellent but can get cramped at peak times although this is not a big issue at all. The receptionists are really nice and helpful, and the instructors are knowledgeable. I always look forward to coming and feel refreshed and happy after a class here.

My back, shoulders and feet felt relaxed a less tense following the massage. However there are areas for improvement. I was surprised that the therapist did not massage my arms or front of my body.
Their phone was on loud during my appointment and messages were received on at least four occasions. I also got the feeling the therapist checked these messages while giving the treatment. Which I feel is unprofessional.
I had a leaflet from the shelves at the front of the centre which stated the price to be £60 for a 1hr deep tissue massage. There was also a new client discount of £10 for the first treatment (with this therapist). At reception I was charged £65. When I queried this there was a very awkward silence and the receptionist went to consult the therapist. She returned with a price of £55. Which was still a £5 overcharge. When I queried this again the response was the the therapists can basically make up their own prices.

-following this review I was contacted by the centre and therapist. I was given a full explanation and offered a complimentary treatment. I appreciate the time taken to respond. Thank you

Really lovely place. Helpful staff, great selection of yoga classes and full facilities for showering and private changing rooms. Love that they have a CRUSH in there as well. Get your protein and nutrient fix after a class.

I've been treated by a physio from Excellence Physiotherapy for my sudden neck pain and they managed to find me a slot very quickly! Lovely team, the physiotherapist was very nice and I could feel results from the 1st session. The place is great, very appealing - easy to find too! Will recommend for sure.

Lovely studio. I've been coming to yoga classes here for the past year or so, and the receptionist and instructors have always been friendly, welcoming and professional - just what I was looking for as a beginner. The centre is clean and tidy, and just the right size. I can't speak for the other classes/services they offer, but I've always had a good experience at yoga here (I'd particularly recommend Youla's class!)

Fantastic place! I always got a spot on the yoga and Pilates courses, even when booking an hour in advance. All of the trainers were super nice and professional, really into their practice. The center is very clean, there are so many things in there from osteo to physio to healthy cafe and drop-in chair massage sessions during lunchtime. Really good center, highly recommend it! only downside is, they don't have enough changing rooms but a couple of minutes wait is not the end of the world I guess.

Super keen to find a new yoga class in central London I signed up to the fairly priced two week trial period, only to find that both classes I attended where more exercise classes rather than actual yoga. Both teachers I experienced were aggressively driving students into positions that were not attainable. Don't get me wrong, it's good to be driven but this was far from a positive environment.

So disappointed. I loved the Light Centre Belgravia when I worked near there so I was very excited to see them opening round here. However, I find the classes oversubscribed and poorly led. I have been to a wide selection in the hope I'd find a good one but the instructors tend to not guide you through properly or judge the room. I have been doing yoga for ages so I know what I should and shouldnt be doing to a certain extent but I don't really understand what I'm payin for with these classes. In one, a girl badly injured her knee which does not surprise me given how cavalier the attitude seems to be.
