Really enjoyed my first class. Natalia, the teacher, was absolutely brilliant and gave us clear instructions. It is a very peaceful place and I think there are lots of car parking spaces so good for those who drive.

An air of peace immediately descends on entering the studio, which helps put clients at ease and receptive to the teacher. I always feel welcome when I arrive at the studio even if I haven't been for a while.

I went to a Conscious Breath Ceremony with Laima and Eli and it was an amazing experience. They both are very warm, loving, dedicated and professional. They made it very interesting and diverse session. Highly recommended!

I love this place, it is wonderfully serene and beautiful. All the instructors are exceptional. Anna's Ashtanga, Judy's restorative yoga and Maria's Vinyasa flow are phenomenal. I would highly recommend Yoga Ananda.

Anna’s Amazing Ashtanga: Having been to a few random yoga classes and generally liking “stronger” exercise , I didn’t think yoga was for me until I discovered Anna’s Ashtanga classes. I have always exercised ( pilates, swimming etc) but nothing has strengthened, toned and made my ( 50 year old!) body more mobile & flexible than these classes. No more creaking or chiropractors!! 👍🏻👍🏻 Plus I feel so calm when I emerge from the classes. The best of all worlds!!
